- Single supplement for single room. Prices quoted are per person for groups of at least 2 people travelling together. If only one person travels, a single supplement will apply. Contact us if you need a quote for the individual supplement.
- Policy for children: From 0 to 2 years: 50% of the price (includes airfare). From 3 to 11 years: 80% of the price sharing bed with parents (maximum 2 children); 100% if separate bed is requested.
- U.S. dollars are widely accepted in Southeast Asia and easy to exchange. In addition, in most of the cities visited, it is possible to use credit cards.
- It is important to inform about food allergies before starting the trip to ensure a comfortable and safe experience.
- Additional baggage: If you are carrying more weight, please let us know at least 72 hours before the flight to help you. The additional cost for each kilo must be covered by the customer.
- Travel insurance is not included. We recommend purchasing insurance from your home country for peace of mind.
- Triple rooms: In Asia they usually consist of two single beds or a double bed with an extra bed for the third person.
- Changes to the itinerary: The order of visits can be adjusted for organizational reasons, while maintaining scheduled activities, except in adverse weather conditions. Transfer, excursion and domestic flight schedules may vary. In general, the guide will leave a message at reception in the evening with details of the next day.
- Use of credit cards: At some hotels, a credit card must be presented as a guarantee at check-in.
- Single rooms: Check the rates if you want a single room.
- Reservations: It requires a minimum of 30 days in advance.
