  • All bookings are subject to availability and the terms set by the respective service provider.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been made and a confirmation receipt has been issued.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your specific booking policy.

  • Any changes in price due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier adjustments will be passed on to the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

  • Some services may be non-refundable or may require cancellation fees.

  • Refund processing times depend on the supplier and may take 7–30 business days.

  • Bagtas Travel & Tours is not responsible for supplier refusal to provide refunds.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and identification documents.

  • Failure to meet travel requirements is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  • Any missed flights or denied boarding due to incomplete documents will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Changes to Travel Plans

  • Airlines and travel suppliers may modify flight schedules, accommodations, or itineraries due to operational or safety reasons.

  • Bagtas Travel & Tours is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations made by third-party providers.

  • We will assist customers in rebooking or adjusting plans based on supplier policies.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against:

    • Medical emergencies

    • Lost or delayed baggage

    • Flight delays/cancellations

    • Trip interruptions

  • Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Bagtas Travel & Tours is not responsible for:

    • Loss, damage, or injury during travel

    • Delays caused by airlines or transportation providers

    • Natural calamities, political issues, pandemics, or unforeseen events

  • All travel is undertaken at the traveler’s own risk.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal information for bookings.

  • Review all ticket details before confirming.

  • Arrive at airports, terminals, and meeting points on time.

  • Follow all travel guidelines set by airlines and immigration offices.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used only for processing bookings and communication.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except required by suppliers to complete reservations.
